By creating an account or using Ciphemic Academia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the platform.

Paid courses are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Razorpay, at the price shown for your selected tier (Core, Professional, or Elite) at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing — you'll retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle, not retroactively.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of a charge if you haven't substantially used the course content. Contact support@ciphemicacademia.com to request one.

Roadmaps and their associated projects are free to access. Courses require an active subscription at the tier assigned to that course.

Course content is for your personal learning use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish course materials.

Job listings are submitted by third-party employers. We review submissions before publishing but don't guarantee the accuracy of any listing, and we're not a party to any employment relationship that results from an application.

Applying to a listing shares your application materials directly with the employer who posted it.

Sellers on the marketplace list and price their own products. Ciphemic Academia facilitates the transaction and payout but isn't the seller of record for marketplace items.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of what they list. Report an issue with a purchase to support@ciphemicacademia.com.

Don't share your account credentials, scrape or bulk-download course content, attempt to bypass subscription gating, or use the platform to distribute unlawful or infringing content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Course content, roadmaps, and platform code belong to Ciphemic Academia or its licensors. Your own project submissions and marketplace listings remain yours — by publishing them on the platform, you grant us a license to host and display them as part of the service.

The platform is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that completing a course or roadmap will result in employment or any specific outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Ciphemic Academia isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha having jurisdiction over any dispute.
